Tom Milhorn
grew up in Kingsport, Tennessee.
In 1955 he graduated from
Dobyns-Bennett High School where he played football and ran track. He now resides in Meridian, Mississippi.
In 1975
he obtained his MD from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine
and subsequently completed a family medicine residency. In 1987 Dr.
Milhorn was certified in addiction medicine by the American Society of
Addiction Medicine.
Dr. Milhorn retired from the faculty of the the EC-Healthnet Family Medicine Residency Program in Meridian, Mississippi on July 1, 2024.
